Blockchain payments can sometimes be finicky, especially if the networks are congested. Here are a few common issues and ways to troubleshoot:
- Underpayments - This will occur when the total cryptocurrency sent from a wallet is below the purchase total in the checkout. This can happen if the exchange fee used on your own wallet is different than the one Dapper provided.
- To avoid this, please ensure that the total in your wallet matches or is above the purchase total in the checkout. This will avoid any future underpayments.
- Late Payments - When a blockchain network is congested, it is possible the payment will expire if it takes longer than 60 minutes. This can also happen if an Ethereum transaction has too low of 'gas.'
- Please avoid paying with these currencies when their networks are busy.
