Blockchain payments can sometimes be finicky, especially if the networks are congested. Here are a few common issues and ways to troubleshoot:
- Underpayments - This will occur when the total cryptocurrency sent from a wallet is below the purchase total in the checkout. This can happen if the exchange fee used on your own wallet is different then the one Dapper provided.
- To avoid this please ensure that the total in your wallet matches or is above the purchase total in the checkout. This will avoid any future underpayments.
- Late Payments - When a blockchain network is congested, it's possible the payment will expire if it's taking longer than 60 minutes. This can also happen if an Ethereum transaction has too low of 'gas.'
- Please avoid paying with these currencies when their networks are busy.
