Typically, a withdrawal request will be reviewed within 1-2 weeks of it being submitted. However, in rare cases, some reviews can take 4 weeks or longer. Once your withdrawal has been submitted, you will receive an email similar to the following, depending on your withdrawal method:
This email confirms that your withdrawal request has been received and that it is being reviewed. If for any reason you would like to cancel your withdrawal, you are still able to do so. Learn more about how to cancel a withdrawal here.
Once your withdrawal request has been reviewed and confirmed, you will receive an email similar to the following, depending on your withdrawal method:
At this point, your withdrawal can no longer be canceled as it has already been confirmed.
If your funds were withdrawn via wire transfer, and more than 10 days have passed since receiving the confirmation email and you have yet to receive your funds in your bank account, please read our Help Center guide: Missing Wire Transfer
If your funds were withdrawn via USDC, and more than 2 days have passed since receiving the confirmation email and you have yet to receive your funds in your crypto wallet, please read our Help Center guide: Missing USDC Withdrawal
- Wire transfers withdrawals can only be sent to personal bank accounts (not business bank accounts) that are under your own legal name
- Wire transfer withdrawals sent to a joint bank account may be delayed or returned
- The receiving bank may charge an additional fee to receive the wire transfer
