Q: If I don't get a Run it Back pack in Priority Queue 1, will I transition to Priority Queue 2?
A: No, in order to go from Priority Queue 1 to 2, you will need to join a new waiting room. This is the same as going from the PQ2 to the GQ. In the GQ there will be Run It Back packs, and if you miss out, you can stay in the queue for common Archive packs
Q: How do I enter the Rebound Queue to purchase an Archive pack in Thursday’s drop?
A: If you are in the General Queue for Thursday’s drop and don’t get the chance to purchase a rare Run It Back pack, just wait in the queue and you will have the opportunity to buy a common Archive pack after the rare Run It Back packs are sold out.
Q: Can I purchase both a Rare Run It Back pack and a Common Archive pack during Thursday's drop?
A: No, if you purchase a rare Run It Back pack, you will not be able to purchase a common Archive pack in the General Queue

A: As stated in the announcement blog, every collector who was eligible at the time of the snapshot (October 9th, 9:00 AM PDT), they are expected to arrive around October 15th.
