Offers

Note: Collectors can only have 1000 open offers at a time.

Offers is a feature that allows you to purchase NFTs from other members of the Dapper community, whether those NFTs are listed on a Marketplace or not. For now, offers can only able on Moments from NBA Top Shot but support for all Dapper Sports and Flow projects will be coming in the near future.

Once you find a Moment that you would like to make an offer on, all you have to do is enter the amount you are willing to pay for that particular Moment and submit your offer. If your offer is accepted by the owner, the Moment will be transferred to you, and the amount you offered will be deducted from your Dapper Balance.

Offers are paid for using Dapper Balance, and offers can be canceled at any time. While an offer is in place, your Dapper Balance can still be used for other purposes. If your total Dapper Balance falls below the amount placed on an Offer, that Offer will automatically be canceled. Dapper Offers are subject to a 5% royalty fee.

Making an Offer

1. On every Moment, you’ll see the option to “MAKE AN OFFER.” After you select the Serial Number you want to add to your collection, you’ll be able to use your Dapper Balance to offer the amount you’re willing to purchase that specific Moment for.

2. Once you decide on the price, you’ll “SUBMIT” and then “CONFIRM” your offer.

3. From there, the offer will be processed and you’ll see a “SUCCESS” confirmation screen once your offer has successfully been made and delivered to the Moment owner.

4. After you’ve successfully made an offer, you can track all of your pending offers in the new “MY OFFERS” section of your profile.

2. By clicking “ACCEPT HIGHEST OFFER,” you’ll begin the process of selling this Moment to the buyer who wants to collect it.

3. A screen will pop up notifying you of the Top Shot Score implications of removing this Moment from your collection, along with the impact it may have on any active challenges or completed sets the Moment is currently a part of. By clicking “CONTINUE ANYWAYS” you will acknowledge the changes to your account that will take place if you complete the process.

4. Next, you’ll see the option to “ACCEPT OFFER” and the value of the Dapper Balance to hit your account after the 5% marketplace fee is removed from the value of the offer. By accepting, you’ll be taken to a final confirmation screen where you will have to press “ACCEPT OFFER” one last time.

5. From there, the accepted offer will be processed and confirmed, presenting you with a “SUCCESS” screen once your Moment is successfully sold to the collector who made the offer, and the Dapper Balance will be added to your wallet.

Edition Offers

You can now place an Offer on any Moment in the Marketplace, regardless of the serial number. If you see something you want and don’t care about the serial number, make an Offer to try and get any serial number of the Moment you want at the price you’re willing to pay. Any owner of the Moment can accept your offer, creating more flexibility and liquidity in the Marketplace for our buyers and sellers.
