During high traffic times on the site, pack openings may take longer. Our engineering team currently works on improving this process so that it is more reliable.

If you see the error message, "This pack was already opened," It means you are trying to open a pack that you previously opened. This is more likely to occur during times of high traffic. In this case, you can continue on and open another pack.

As long as you received your purchase receipt, you will always get your Moments eventually. You can check website performance at
