Why your Moment purchase failed

Marketplace Moments aren't reserved while you check out. If another collector completes checkout first, the sale goes to them — you are not charged for a failed purchase.

What happens to your money:

  • Credit/debit card — the charge appears as "Pending" or "Authorizing" on your statement and drops off automatically, typically within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
  • Dapper Balance — the hold is reversed automatically; your balance updates within a few hours.
  • Apple Pay / PayPal — the authorization is voided automatically. Apple Pay follows your bank's timeline; PayPal authorizations can take longer to release depending on your funding source.

"This Moment was sold. Please try another one." Another collector completed their purchase first. The listing is gone — try another serial of the same Moment.
