How to List Your NBA Top Shot Moments on OpenSea

This guide walks you through the steps to list your NBA Top Shot Moments from your Dapper Wallet on OpenSea.

1) Create or Update Your Flow Wallet Account

If you do not already have a Flow Wallet account, create one using either the Flow Wallet Chrome extension or the mobile app (see https://wallet.flow.com/).

If you already have a Flow Wallet Account, please ensure you are using the latest version of the Flow Wallet mobile app (i.e., there is no "Update" button on the App Store, Google Play Store, or Google Chrome extension store).

2) Link Your Dapper Wallet to Flow Wallet

Visit accounts.meetdapper.com and sign in to your Dapper Wallet.

You will need to complete your account's identity verification before further steps if not already done so.

Now, select the Account Linking tab on the left-hand sidebar. Selecting Link a New Wallet will allow you to connect to your Flow Wallet where you can follow the access and approve prompts to complete the link. Once linked, you will be able to view and manage your Dapper Wallet collections from Flow Wallet.

3) Move Your Moment to Flow Wallet

Open Flow Wallet and navigate to your linked Dapper Wallet.

Find your NBA Top Shot NFT Collection.

Select the Moment you want to list on OpenSea and click on the Move button.

Make sure to select your Flow Account’s EVM address as
recipient (starting with 0x0000).

Note: Ensure you are using the latest version of Flow Wallet

4) Connect Flow Wallet to OpenSea

Log into OpenSea.io/os2 (must be OS2 login) with your Flow Wallet extension or mobile using
WalletConnect. Sign the login message when prompted in Flow Wallet (this does not submit a transaction).

5) List Your Moment on OpenSea

Navigate to your OpenSea Profile and locate the Moment you want to list for sale.

Click List for Sale and review the details.

Approve the transaction request sent by OpenSea to your Flow Wallet.

The first time you list a Moment, you will need to approve two transactions:

  • One to grant OpenSea permission to manage your Moments.
  • One to finalize the listing.

For future listings, only one transaction is required.

FAQ / Troubleshooting

Did your transaction on Flow Wallet fail with an error “Insufficient FLOW balance to make the transaction”?

On Flow, each account has its own storage, with the available space determined by the amount of FLOW it holds. An account's FLOW balance cannot drop below the amount required for its current storage usage or the network-defined minimum balance of 0.001 FLOW. As a result, this error may occur when:

  • Your holdings have consumed all available storage
  • Your Flow Wallet account doesn’t have enough FLOW to cover the bridging fees. Each NFT bridging transaction requires approximately 0.0001 FLOW.

To increase your storage capacity, you will need to top up your account’s FLOW balance. You can do so by transferring FLOW you may have already acquired before on an exchange. Alternatively, you may purchase FLOW directly in Flow Wallet through Coinbase Pay or MoonPay.

Are you getting an instant “Transaction Failed” error on Flow Wallet when trying to move your NFT from your linked Dapper Wallet account to your EVM Flow Wallet account?

Ensure you are using the latest version of the Flow Wallet mobile app (i.e., there is no "Update" button on the App Store, Google Play Store, or Google Chrome extension store).

Did your TopShot moments get bridged to the wrong collection (EVM contract address 0x50AB3a827aD268e9D5A24D340108FAD5C25dAD5f, the old legacy TopShot EVM address) after using the Move button in Flow Wallet?

  • Update your Flow Wallet app or extension to the latest version from the App Store, Google Play, or Chrome Extension Store.
  • With the latest version, the Move button will correctly bridge moments to the official TopShot EVM contract at 0x84c6a2e6765E88427c41bB38C82a78b570e24709.
  • If your moments were bridged to the old address, use the Move button to return them to Cadence. Once back in Cadence, you can re-bridge them to EVM using the latest Flow Wallet, ensuring they go to the correct contract.
