2025 VIP Qualification
Transition Period: Existing VIPs are grandfathered into the new program through February 16, 2025.
Collectors can qualify for Dapper VIP status via one of the following:
- $5,000+ in Total Net Spend per campaign
- Current campaign: February 17, 2025 - April 16, 2025
- Previous campaign: December 19, 2024 – February 16, 2025
- Qualifiers via this metric are subject to removal from the VIP Program should they achieve negative net spend in the following campaign.
- Own a 1-of-1 NBA All-Star VIP Pass NFT
- Lifetime Total Net Spend of $100,000+ across NBA Top Shot and NFL ALL DAY
- 1,000,000+ in Top Shot Score on NBA Top Shot
Total Net Spend = (pack purchases + purchases within the NBA Top Shot and NFL ALL DAY primary Marketplaces) minus (sales on both primary and third-party marketplaces and NFT Withdrawals at purchase price).
Once a collector qualifies for VIP status, the VIP Team will proactively reach out with a formal invitation on a weekly cadence with the next steps to join the VIP Program.
- Dapper Compliance requirements must be met to confirm VIP status.
- The Dapper VIP team will communicate any additional information needed for onboarding.
- Collectors can learn more about their current Net Spend total by emailing the Dapper VIP team at vip@meetdapper.com.
- The Dapper VIP program is subject to change and VIP status for Collectors may be removed if necessary.

Q2 2025 VIP Marketplace Reward
Exclusively available to our Dapper VIPs, the Q2 2025 Marketplace Reward offers a percentage giftback based on Marketplace activity to any VIP collector who accumulates at least $5,000 in Marketplace Net Spend. For more information regarding Marketplace Net Spend, please see below.
VIP collectors will be offered an exclusive giftback opportunity based on combined Marketplace activity from February 17th, 2025, at 12:00am ET through April 16, 2025, at 11:59pm ET.
Qualified collectors can earn non-withdrawable Dapper Balance for Marketplace Net Spend based on the table below:
Combined Marketplace Net Spend calculation = (Purchases made on NBA Top Shot + NFL ALL DAY Primary Marketplaces) minus (Sales made on NBA Top Shot + NFL ALL DAY Primary Marketplaces + Sales of NBA Top Shot and NFL ALL DAY Moments on third-party marketplaces + NFT withdrawals [at purchase price] of Moments) from February 17th, 2025, through April 16, 2025.
A minimum of $5,000 Combined Marketplace Net Spend is required to qualify for a payout during the promotion dates.

VIP Program Terms and Conditions
- Direct purchases and purchases made via offers on third-party marketplaces will not positively impact your Combined Marketplace Net Spend. Sales via direct purchases and/or offers will be deducted from your final net spend calculation.
- Direct pack purchases on NFL ALL DAY and NBA Top Shot will not impact your Combined Marketplace Net Spend calculation
- Payouts are in the form of non-withdrawable Dapper Balance to be issued by April 30, 2025.
- Ultimate 1/1 Auction transactions are excluded from this promotion.
- VIP accounts will be reviewed to safeguard the integrity of the program, attempts to manipulate the Giftback promotion may result in removal from the program.
- Dapper reserves the right to withhold bonus funds based on manipulating Marketplace dynamics, fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or other possible illicit funding sources.
- This promotion is subject to change and may be discontinued at any time.
