Buying packs in the app
In-app pack purchases use your Dapper Balance, with prices shown in USD. Available packs appear on the app's home page — turn on notifications to hear about app-exclusive packs and drops.
Don't have enough balance? The purchase flow will prompt you to top up — tap Add More under the Dapper Balance section and choose an amount. Topping up in-app goes through Apple App Store / Google Play billing and is subject to their fees, so what you pay and the balance you receive are not 1:1. Topping up on the web at nbatopshot.com avoids those fees.
Don't recognize a charge? Top-ups are billed by Apple/Google, which sometimes group purchases into one charge. Check your store purchase history first:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History (Apple's guide)
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history (Google's guide)
