The NBA has partnered with NBA Top Shot to create 31 NFTs that provide fans with unprecedented, VIP access to five All-Star Games. Thirty of them were auctioned off, and a 31st was won in a sweepstake. These NFTs will also give the primary owner exclusive NBA Top Shot perks & utility, including a new profile badge to identify NBA All-Star VIP Pass owners. These NFTs can also be listed for sale in the NBA VIP NFT Marketplace and are subject to a 5% Marketplace fee.

- A VIP merchandise bag, including an NBA All-Star jersey

- 2 lower bowl tickets to NBA All-Star games and contests
- The perks listed above pertain to 5 years of NBA All-Star Weekends from 2023-2027. A snapshot will be taken each year on January 1st to determine who receives these perks for each calendar year.

- The NBA All-Star VIP Pass is worth at least 250k Top Shot Score on their respective Team Leaderboard (to the NFT owner)
- The unique 1-of-1 NBA All-Star VIP Pass is the most scarce NFT on NBA Top Shot and can be listed for sale in the new VIP NFT Marketplace on nbatopshot.com.
- The NBA All-Star VIP Pass will appear in both the owner's Dapper collection as well as in their NBA Top Shot collection under a new tab called VIP NFTs.
